About Daniel

Hello and welcome!

I am a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC # 21526), school counselor, and Physical and Health Education/Outdoor Education teacher based in Vancouver and Sechelt (Sunshine Coast), British Columbia.

A graduate from the University of British Columbia in the Counselling Psychology program, my experiences have ranged from working in school settings, to supporting clients with eating disorders. I believe in creating a safe space to process one’s challenges, with the therapeutic relationship being central to this.

My approach is client-centred and collaborative — I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you navigate challenges, heal from past hurts, and build the resilience to face whatever comes next.

Outside of counselling, I’m an outdoor enthusiast, often hiking, biking, or exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my family.
